Regular Eating, Drinking, and Exercise are Difficult
HealthPointe helps me make my daily work routine healthier
I am a surgical nurse and my job is structured in such a way that regular eating, drinking, or even regular exercise are very difficult. Through HealthPointe, I realized that a change is primarily a matter of mindset.
I now structure my day differently and simply use every minute I have between surgeries, even if it’s just for a sip of water or a quick snack. I’ve learned to rethink things there. Before, I often didn’t drink much in 8 hours, sometimes it wasn’t more than just a cup of water. Drinking a lot was really difficult at first. Snacking is also not yet possible for me every day, but I now stick to three meals a day, which is very doable. I now eat more regularly, healthier, and feel much better as a result. I also walk at least 10,000 steps every day. Before HealthPointe, it was significantly less, probably under 5000.
In total, I have lost 5 kilograms, but a whole 24 cm of waist circumference have disappeared. So I have lost a lot of body fat in particular. I now have a completely different physique and much better fitness. Recently, I visited my nephews and nieces and played soccer with them for an hour. It wasn’t difficult for me at all.
When I started with HealthPointe, I immediately brought three people from my circle on board for support. I noticed that they were also dissatisfied with their figure and simply asked them if they wanted to do it together. I’m looking forward to the next round, because one person from an earlier round is staying with us. The other two also plan to continue.
