Muscles and fat weigh the same
Why should the cm be measured?
Dr. Jens Pohl : “Muscles have less volume than fat for the same weight. It is therefore important not to primarily note the weight on the scales, but rather circumferences. When building muscle, the volume will inevitably decrease with the same weight. Therefore, the circumference of the abdomen, waist, hips, thighs and upper arms should be measured before any planned weight reduction.

The conversion can be best controlled at these points. And another positive effect of building muscles is that active muscles require a lot of energy, which in turn leads to fat burning.”
