Finally, my family is living healthy! (2)

“Thanks to HealthPointe, my family and I finally had the opportunity to develop an awareness of what is really good for our health! This also includes exercise. It’s actually very easy to reach the recommended number of steps per day. We also do that as a family. The fact that the children are involved makes them feel like they are also part of the coaching. I also put a lot of effort into preparing the food so that it looks really good to the eye. It’s just nice to be known as a mother for good and healthy food. I have become known for that in my area.

I have also noticed many very positive changes for myself since I started HealthPointe. I now have much more energy and I have finally been able to overcome these tired phases after eating. I feel pleasantly full after eating but not stuffed because I eat a lot of vegetables and salad. Sometimes I get weak and eat pasta or potatoes with the children. Afterwards, however, I almost always feel really bloated and bad. My awareness has simply changed.

One of my goals is to live to be 100 years old! Of course, a healthy lifestyle is essential for this and it is very important how you eat. You can see it in other countries where people eat a lot more fruit and vegetables: People live longer there too!

When we are on the road, we also listen to the positive audio files that come with the HealthPointe program. This creates a much more positive way of thinking for us! This is also very, very important because it makes it very easy to train yourself to deal with challenges and problems very easily. It reduces a lot of stress and negative energy for me. In the meantime, I think: ‘Ok, where there is a challenge, there is a solution, I just have to think about it!’ That helps me a lot, because under stress it is of course not so easy to eat healthy or you even get sick. Body and mind simply belong together, and that’s where HealthPointe makes the crucial difference!”
